With over 35 years experience in the management and maintenance of property in the UK and a current UK portfolio of over 80 residencies, we are now are actively based in Cyprus.
Looking after our own villas has led to requests for us to expand our service to friends and other investors from Paphos through to Limersol and Lanarca.
We are a family run business based both in the UK and in Cyprus with a hands on approach which we believe is second to none. As we live and work in the community we can offer our clients the best attention to their properties across a range of services.
As owners ourselves, we appreciated the difficulties of having work carried out on your behalf especially when you are not there to oversee it. No job is too small for us to look after. We can arrange accurate estimates for all works which may be required, to take care of any repairs or upgrading works which our owners may wish to have carried out to their properties.
