In a busy season a regular and reliable laundry service is all important. We suggest owners have three sets of lining and towels to ensure a smooth change over at peak times.
One of the most requested items of our guests to have basic essentials to hand upon arrival.
We believe that it is important for a guest to be met at their holiday destination as soon as possible after arrival. This allows us to introduce ourselves and their holiday home to them, advising on matters of personal security and giving local information. If necessary we can arrange to meet en-route and guide them to your villa or apartment.
We recommend a monthly window clean throughout the season. As a matter of course if we are cleaning your apartment or villa any internal marks are cleaned. We would also suggest that you employ us to clean the property’s solar panels twice yearly to ensure their effective use.

This is usually required when a property has been empty for a while with arrivals due in.
This is done if requested during the guests half way stay. We must stress that all valuables must be locked away in the safes provided in the property during this type of clean as we cannot be held responsible for anything of value missing including passports, cash, jewellery, travellers cheques and any important documents.
This is not included in the price of any of our cleans and is always an extra at 20 euros per clean. We have put notices in the welcome information files in the villas and a small notice on the walls opposite the BBQ situated in Clients villas that its the responsibility of the guest/owner to clean the BBQ after use - failing to do so will result in a invoice being charged to the last user. Also when the gas runs out please replace it ready for the next guest!!

We are pleased to co-ordinate and manage the landscaping of your gardens in conjunction with the top professional garden centres in the Paphos region. Based on the terrain of your plot, they will draw up CAD designs showing the projected layout of your new garden. They will advise on specific plants, shrubs and trees which will flourish in both shade and direct sunlight. They will also plot the course of any recommended irrigation system.
Once the landscaping is complete, we will undertake the pruning of hedges and tending of the gardens in your absence. Plants and trees grow incredibly quickly in Cyprus, let us provide a cost effective garden maintenance service.

We can provide an A4 welcome information pack at your property for your guests. This will have everything your guest needs to know about the local area and the island in general.
There will be details about Car Hire, Local Tours, medical advice and emergencies, useful telephone numbers, bank holidays, frequently asked questions, some history of the island, advice on air con units and safety advice for pools plus a lot more! We keep them updated and they are renewed every season and will be there for every guest that stays at your property.
Key Guarding and property management
If you are renting your property out long term we can offer you our keyguarding service. This is completely free.
This service literally means that we hold a set of keys to your property at our office in a safe, locked key cupboard. We will hold a key for you whether your property is vacant or occupied by tenants.
If at any time YOU as the landlord or property owner request us to visit the property at any time we will do so. However this will only be on your instruction and for a fee.
If your property is rented long term and your tenant calls you with a maintenance problem or any other problem at the property you can ask us to visit them. Please note that we will not call to the property to collect rent on your behalf as part of this service.
The fee we charge for a call out assessment fee is applicable from the time that our staff member leaves the office to the time that they return.
